This is unreal, but true. Galen is home the state alcohol treatment center. There is nothing in Galen except a scary, old red-brick institution, and the Dug Out Bar. Years ago the 'D' and the 'U' of 'DUG" fell off the roof, and what remains is a huge sign that reads, 'GOUT'
